Campus Center Computing Lab


IT@CPP manages a general computing lab that is available for use by anyone with a current and valid Cal Poly Pomona ID card. This lab provides Internet access, as well as general computing applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and multimedia applications such as Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Purpose: General computing lab for students,staff and faculty

  1. If you know your BroncoName and BroncoPassword, you can submit an IT Service Desk ticket.
  2. If you can't log an IT Service Desk ticket, use the Help Request Form.

Note: The lab is closed during quarter breaks, campus holidays and certain dates TBA. Hours are reviewed each week for utilization adjustments and are subject to change based on staffing. Lab may be closed the first week of school – if this occurs, please use the computers in the Library (Bldg. 15, 2nd Floor).

Printing / Copying Costs

  • Ten cents (10¢) a copy for black and white printing/copying.
  • Fifty-five cents (55¢) a copy for color printing/copying.

Lab Reservations

The Campus Center Computer Lab is focused on student-use during the term, but may be reserved outside of normal operating hours. The lab provides Internet access as well as general computing applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

To reserve the Campus Center Computer Lab:

  1. Log an IT Service Desk ticket (you will need to know your BroncoName and BroncoPassword).
  2. Select Open Computer Lab Reservation from the Request IT options.
  3. You will be asked to answer the following questions:
    1. Your name
    2. Class or event title (e.g.: CIS310 or Summer Orientation)
    3. Requested Date(s) with start and end time
    4. Number of attendees
    5. Application(s) you will be using (e.g. MS Office, web browser).
    6. Any special instructions
  4. Click Submit.
