NOTE: Although Microsoft Office 365 is a hosted version of Microsoft's Server products, Cal Poly Pomona's Appropriate Use Policy still applies to all users.
You can access your email at any time via the Web using your BroncoName (e.g.; email@example.com) and BroncoPassword.
If after reading through this page and the Microsoft Office 365 FAQs (Frequently-Asked Questions) page, you still have questions and/or are having problems forwarding your email to MS Office 365, or logging into MS Office 365, contact the IT Service Desk (you will need to know your BroncoName and BroncoPassword).
If you can't log an IT Service Desk ticket, use the Help Request Form or stop by the Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk with your Bronco Access Card or another photo ID so we can better assist you. The Cal Poly Pomona Help Desk is located in Building 1, Room 100.
